* Includes Doughnut Cutter Assembly for the 26″ Shaft Rotary Cutters-* Right  to  Left production indicates that you are standing at the front (where   dough has been cut) of the machine looking to the back of the machine (where the rollers are placed)  and you will be working the dough from the  Right side of the machine. This will have the dough  roller adjustment controls and belt speed on the  Right side of the machine. (Photo has controls on the right side)Other Sizes are available not shown-  The LVO SM224-9   A Production table that enables the infeed conveyor belt to carry the dough to the sheeting rollers where it is sheeted in two gradual stages When used as a Donut Production table for yeast fried goods, the dough is sheeted and cut with cutters automatically and uniformly. Rotary cutters are available for donuts, bismarks, long johns, croissants and turnovers.
