Moffat E22M3, 24″ Turbofan Electric Convection Oven, with three half-size pan capacity, is the perfect upgrade from conventional ovens to ensure even cooking and provide more consistent cook times.The E22M3 has a single-direction, low-velocity fan system, and is controlled by a mechanical thermostat that has a range of 150 °F to 500 °F, with a 110-120 voltage plug-in cord set. Built-in 60 minute bake timer with alarm, you’ll be assured that your items won’t burn or over-cook. 1.5 kilowatts of heating power, the porcelain enameled oven chamber is surrounded by a plug-in continuous oven door seal.
